Katie Snow charging for the basket in a face-off against the Lynwood Royals. The final score on December 11 was 63-56 and was a win for Arlington girls varsity basketball.

It was an important win for Arlington’s varsity girls basketball team, to show their good standing in Wesco leagues. The conference game was held on Monday, December 7, against the Lynnwood Royals.

Highlights include Kierra Reese (‘25) with 21 points in the game; 17 of those were in the first half. Katie Snow (‘24) started it off with 10 points in the first half.

The Eagles’ main focus and key to success was their defense. Jersey Walker (‘25) said, “we had to face guard them and get the ball out of their hands. I think that’s what we did and showed that we can compete with anybody in this league.”

The final score was 63-56. The Eagles are now 4-0 for the season.
