Michaela Krogen ’15, Morgan Van Laar ’17, Mackenzie Massey ’17, and Haley Gonzales ’15 gather as proud 12’s on Sunday February 1st to watch the Seahawks take on the Patriots in the Superbowl after a week of spreading the word on the #12s4good movement.

In a world ridden with cliques, labels, bullying, and lack of respect for one another, a movement has been set up to promote teens doing random acts of kindness. The movement is called “12’s 4 Good” and it’s being introduced by our very own Seattle Seahawks. Their hope is that they can coax teens into being more friendly with each other and start being more kind to those around them. Thus far at AHS, the movement has only been introduced to Mrs. Hayman’s classes, but we urge people to spread the word! Hayman hopes students will take this challenge seriously and tweet any random good deeds they do throughout their day using the hashtag “#12s4good” and tweet it at @TheAHSEagle.
