Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Sometimes its hard to find time in the morning to make a healthy breakfast. Often, it tends to be easier to just throw something in the microwave. But it’s important to start of the day right by eating healthy. Healthy eating habits can lead to a healthier life style. A healthy breakfast each morning helps the brain function better throughout the day.

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup Adam’s creamy peanut butter
– 1 1/2 cup 2% or skim milk
– 1 large ripe banana
– 1/2 cup sweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup ice

Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Poor contents of blender into a cup and enjoy.
