Senioritis Strikes
Coming this time of the year almost every senior is having senioritis. Basically this just means not wanting to go to school anymore and ready for something more then just going to high school everyday. Amy Kratz. “ I am basically the definition of senioritis. My mom has to bribe me to go to school everyday.” Amy obviously is ready to get out of high school but is she ready for the responsibility? “Even though I don’t like coming to school I don’t know what I am going to do after I graduate. It kind of scares me.” Just one of the three seniors I interviewed obviously doesn’t like school but at the same time might be lost without school.
Bradley Mosalsky. said absolutely. “I am ready for a change, for new adventures and to get away from immature underclass men.” Not only is Bradley ready for not coming to school everyday he is ready to move on without any nerves at all. “I honestly am not that nervous to graduate. I think I will be totally fine after high school and not worried at all.”
Last but not least I talked to Jonathan Hoover. “I have senioritis somewhat. It’s not too bad yet but as the year goes on it probably will get worse.” He says the reason he has it is because he is just ready to get out of school and get on with his life. Saying this, Jonathan is still pretty nervous for graduation.
Not everyone has it but seniors are very likely to get it. No matter how close school is to an end everyone is going to think that it is so far away. Ready for the next chapter in life and we only have one more semester and we can do it!
