HSPE Information
Tuesday, March 18th – Wednesday, March 19 – Thursday, March 20
The HSPE is two days of writing and one day of reading. The test is for 10th graders and 11th and 12th grades that haven’t past the years before. There are no makeups. If you are part of the group that dose not have to take the HSPE there will be events set up in the gym and through several classrooms during those three days. If you are one of the lucky ones that do not have to take the test you don’t have to show up to school until 10:55 unless you are a freshmen. If you are freshmen your attendance will be taken all three days.
First lunch starts at 10:55 all days. Tuesday and Wednesday there are three lunches and lunches are by teacher. On Thursday there is only two lunches and first lunch stars at 10:55 while second lunch starts at 11:30 that day.
If you have an F or a D in any of your classes you should show up to school. Mr. Heinz wants student who are struggling to know “This this is a great chance to catch up on school work”. There will be several classes offered through the school such as algebra, history biology and many others. If you decide to come to school in the morning and have grades above a D they will be movies in the gym. If you are a junior or senior and have good grades you do not have to show up to school until your first period.
